According to the “Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Beijing” and relevant regulations, the following arrangements are made for the interview of the 2022 recruitment of the Commission.
I. Interview time
November 1 and November 2, 2022
Morning interview start time: 9:00 (candidates check-in time is 8:30, and no candidates are not allowed to enter after 8:30)
Afternoon interview start time: 13:30 (candidates check-in time is 13:00, and no candidates are not allowed to enter after 13:00).
Candidates failing to enter the interview waiting room before 8:30 AM or 13:00 PM are deemed as waiving the interview.
II. Interview location
See Annex 1 for interview locations and specific arrangements.
III. Other precautions
1. All candidates are kindly advised to cooperate with the temperature check and show their Health Code and Travel Code, and a negative result of PCR taken within 48 hours upon checking in the waiting room for the interview. Please show up on time and get ready with relevant documents before the entrance time.
2. Please bring your original Identify Card to the interview, present it to the examiners upon check-in. Candidates who fail to present the ID will not be allowed to take the interview.
3. Candidates for the interview shall read and sign the “Letter of Commitment on Complying with the Covid-19 Rules of Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources during the 2022 Public Recruitment” (see Annex 2). All interviewees shall cooperate in temperature check and present relevant documents upon check-in, observe the Covid-19 rules and submit the Letter of Commitment on the day of the interview.
4. Candidates returning to Beijing from other places are not allowed to party in a restaurant or enter crowded places within the first seven days. Please ensure there’s no travel record outside the city within 7 days before the interview. Candidates are required to strictly observe the Covid-19 rules in Beijing, arrange their travel in advance, provide truthful information upon request, and take a PCR after arriving in Beijing.
5. If the candidate shows a body temperature at or above 37.3oC, or symptoms such as cough, sore throat, chest tightness and other suspected symptoms of Covid on the day of the interview, he/she will be transferred to a fever clinic of the designated hospital for treatment after confirmation of the aforementioned symptoms; and will not be eligible for the interview on that day.
6. If two or more candidates applying for the same position show a body temperature at or above 37.3oC, or symptoms such as cough, sore throat, chest tightness and other suspected symptoms of Covid on the day of the interview, then the interview will be rescheduled.
7. Candidates are not allowed to bring communication devices into the interview room; communication devices will be kept outside throughout the entire interview session. Candidates are kindly advised to follow the arrangements and refrain from talking loud in the hallway.
8. Please take public transportation means to the interview as no parking lots are arranged.
9. The Covid-19 rules of the interview may be adjusted under special circumstances. If in case the interview is canceled due to Covid, it will be rescheduled appropriately.
