Notice of Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources on Written Test Results and Qualification Review of the 2022 Public Recruitment
I. Written test results
Candidates can log on to the public recruitment website (www.gongzhao.net) after 10:00 of September 23 to check their exam results (log in to your personal account, go to “Personal Center”, and click on “Results Inquiry” on the left).
II. Qualification review time
Qualification review is conducted online between 18:00 of September 26 and 28. Review materials such as photos or scanned copies shall be sent to the mailbox of employers, please refer to Annex 1 for a list of email addresses of various employer offices.
III. Entry threshold of the qualification review
Candidates with a written test score of 60 points or more, or with a score falling into the desired percentage range set by employers, will enter the round of qualification review.
Candidates entering the qualification review will be notified by the recruitment office via phone. Candidates must ensure that they can be reached via the telephone number left upon registration. Where the candidate cannot be reached by the registered phone number, he/she shall bear the consequences thereof.
IV. Qualification review materials
Candidates entering the qualification review must provide their original ID card, the original copy of the household registration (if the candidate is collectively registered, a copy of the first page of household registration is needed) and the original copy of the professional certificate and qualification document required by the position.
Candidates not graduating in this current year of 2022 shall provide a document showing that their archives are in Beijing. Where a position requires relevant work experience, the candidate must provide materials that can indicate his/her work experience and working years.
Fresh graduates in 2022 are required to submit their transcripts, employment recommendation forms stamped by the university’s employment department and their academic degree certificates.
Returned overseas students who obtained an academic degree between January 1, 2021 and July 31, 2022 must provide an electronic version of the original household registration (if the candidate is collectively registered, a copy of the first page of household registration is needed), an electronic photo of the Certificate of Foreign Academic Degrees issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and those who are not permanent residents of Beijing must provide an electronic copy of their passport, and the entry/exit record issued by public security authorities.
V. Other matters
1. The electronic photos and materials submitted for qualification review must be clear and identifiable, and the file name of the photo should be consistent with the content of the materials, and all materials should be sent in a compressed package named after the position name and the candidate’s name, for example: “Planning Management Position Zhang XX”.
2. Candidate shall be responsible for the authenticity of the materials submitted, and fill out the “Commitment on the Authenticity and Completeness of the Qualification Review Materials” (Annex 2). Untrue and incomplete materials submitted may affect the result of the qualification review. Where the candidate cannot provide an electronic photo or material, the candidate can contact the recruitment office and fix a later date for submission, and the date shall be indicated in the “Commitment on the Authenticity and Completeness of the Qualification Review Materials”.
3. Candidates who give up the qualification review need to fill out the “Statement of Waiver of Qualification Review” (Annex 3), the statement must be signed by candidate and submitted in the form of scanned documents. Candidates failing to submit the materials in accordance with the required time and those cannot be reached by phone, are deemed as automatically waiving the qualification review.
4. Where a position is vacated due to candidate(s) waiving the qualification review, the recruitment authority shall notify candidates ranking below to fill the gap.
5. Interview-related matters will be notified separately, please follow the announcement on the Commission’s website, and keep your phones in service to ensure timely participation in the online qualification review and interview.
