As per the relevant requirements of the “2022 Announcement of Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources on Public Recruitment of Public Institutions”, and according to the application conditions of each position, the preliminary review of the qualifications of the applicants has been completed. Please see below for details:
I. Result of preliminary review
Candidates shall log on to the public recruitment platform and query in the “personal center” to see whether he/she has passed the preliminary review and qualify for the written examination. The written examination ID number will be sent by email to the email address left by candidates at registration.
II. Arrangements for the written examination
1. Test format
The written test is conducted online, candidates need to log on to the designated system (download and install at: https://eztest.org/home/entry/) to fill out the exam paper. Candidates shall set up their own test site, test equipment and independent monitoring equipment that meet the requirements.
2. Timetable
Mock test: August 27, 2022 (Saturday), the specific time shall be notified by email.
Formal test: August 28, 2022 (Sunday) 14:30-17:00.
3. Notes
1) Please be sure to download and carefully read the “Online Written Test Manual” (see Annex 1), the “Frequently Asked Questions” (see Annex 2) and “Online Examination Rules and Handling of Disciplinary Violations” (see Annex 3), understand the requirements for the written test, set up the test site and equipment in advance, download and install the online written test system, and prepare for the test in strict accordance with the relevant requirements.
2) The specific requirements of the written test will be sent to candidates via email and SMS before 19:30 on August 23 (Tip: During this period, please de-activate SMS blocking function to ensure timely receipt of SMS notifications), please follow the SMS and email to complete the corresponding preparatory work within the specified time limit. Candidates failing to complete the relevant work as required will be deemed as giving up the written test. Please also ensure you’re reachable via email and phone during this period.
3) Before the official test, a mock test will be organized. Please log in the online test system according to the time specified by email to test whether the equipment meets the requirements. If you do not take the mock test, you will be held responsible for any possible failure in the official written test.
4) On the day of the official written test, candidates shall log in to the online written test system 60 minutes before the test starts, and shall not leave the test and monitoring equipment throughout the entire test after the test starts. If you do not log in to the system after the written test has started, you will not be able to log in and will be considered to have abandoned the test. The test paper may not be turned in early, and the system will automatically collect the papers after the written test.
5) Remote supervision and anti-cheating technical means will be deployed for the test, please keep the camera, microphone and speakers on; candidates shall face the computer camera, do not leave the answer interface, it is forbidden to access any additional information during the test. Copying, taking screenshots, changing the screen or the computer will be deemed as cheating, and will be recorded into the candidate’s test log. Once a cheating behavior is identified, the candidate will be disqualified.
6) To ensure fairness and impartiality, the examination will be monitored by human inspectors remotely, the system will also monitor and record the entire examination process. Candidates should strictly abide by the test rules, violations will lead to termination of the test or nullification of the test result.
7) Candidates’ personal information, their test results, answer process, IP address and other information is used for no purposes other than the test.
8) The intellectual property rights of the test questions belong to the test organizer, please do not copy, take screenshot or photos of, publish, or forward the test content, the aforementioned behaviors will be deemed as violations and will be dealt with according to law.
