I. Qualification Review – Date and Format

The qualification recheck will be conducted from January 12 to January 14, 2022 in the form of online review. The photo of the original document or a scanned copy of the materials required shall be sent to the email address of the corresponding department (see Annex 1 for details).

II. Qualification Review – Document Required

Candidates entering the qualification review round must provide their Application Form, Results Notice, ID Card and the relevant certificate(s) of grade and qualification required by the position under application in the form of their original electronic version or scanned copy.

Apart from the documents mentioned above, candidates must also provide the following materials:

1. Candidates applying for positions for new graduates in 2022 must provide electronic photos of their Student ID Cards, Graduate Employment Recommendation Forms stamped by school-level employment authorities, and other materials. Non-Beijing graduates who have been awarded “Three Merits Students”, “Excellent Student Leaders” or “Excellent Student Scholarship” at the university level or above must also provide electronic photos of the awarded certificates. Candidates from a household in Beijing that studied in universities outside Beijing must also provide an electronic photo of their household registry card.

Students returning from overseas study who obtained a foreign degree between January 1, 2021 and July 31, 2022 must provide an electronic photo of the original Household Registration Certificate (candidate registered under a collective household must provide an electronic photo of the first page of the Household Registration Certificate), an electronic photo of the Certificate of Foreign Academic Degrees issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and their passport, entry and exit record issued by the public security authorities. Non-Beijing students returning from overseas study shall provide the electronic version of their passport, and the entry and exit record issued by the public security authorities.

Those who have no work experience before participating in the grassroots service projects such as college student village officials, and applying for positions for fresh graduates in 2022 within 2 years after completing the service and passing the assessment, must provide electronic photos of the original Household Registration Certificate (candidate registered under a collective household must provide electronic photos of the first page of the Certificate), and the “Three Support One” Service Certificate of college graduates.

2. Candidates who apply for positions requiring “2 minimum years of grass-roots work experience” (including two years) must provide an electronic photo of the original Household Registration Certificate (candidate registered under a collective household must provide an electronic photo of the first page of the household registration certificate), an electronic photo of the relevant documents proving that his personal archives are in Beijing, and an electronic photo of the relevant documents proving his work experience.

3. Candidates who apply for positions requiring no minimum years of grass-roots work experience and meet the requirements for positions open to fresh graduates in 2022 must provide the documents listed in paragraph 1 of this article; if they are registered in a Beijing household, they must provide their Household Registration Certificate (Hukou) and the original electronic photo. Candidate registered under a collective household in Beijing must provide an electronic photo of the first page of the household registration certificate and electronic photos of the relevant documents proving their personal archives are kept in Beijing.

4. Candidates applying for positions for retired university student soldiers and for positions for persons with disabilities must provide electronic photos of relevant documents in addition to the minimum years of grassroots work experience required for the position, as well as proof of military enlistment experience and electronic photos of the China Disability Certificate corresponding to the type of disability required for the position.

III. Other Matters

1. Candidates should provide clear and identifiable photos and electronic materials. The file name of the photo shall be consistent with the material content, all materials shall be sent in a compressed package indicating the name of the position and the candidate’s name, for example: “planning management positions Zhang XX”.

2. Each candidate should be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided, and fill out the “Letter of Commitment to Authenticity and Completeness” (Annex 2). If any of the information is incorrect or incomplete, the review shall be considered unqualified. Where the qualification material can’t be provided for the time being, candidates can communicate with the recruitment authorities and specify a different time of submission, and indicate the situation in the “Letter of Commitment to Authenticity and Completeness”.

3. Candidates who voluntarily give up the qualification review need to fill out the “Statement of Waiver of Qualification Review” (Annex 3), which must be signed by himself and submitted in the form of photos or scanned documents. Failure to submit the qualification review materials in accordance with the required time and those who can’t be contacted, are deemed to have waived the qualification review.

4. Vacant positions made possible due to qualification review failures of some candidates will be instead given to candidates passing the score line, with the candidate(s) scoring the highest score having the best chance of securing the position(s).
