In accordance with the Surveying and Mapping Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Regulations on the Administration of Surveying and Mapping Results, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources has organized the compilation of the 2024 Catalogue of Beijing’s Basic Surveying and Mapping Results and the 2025 MapWorld·Beijing Data Catalogue (see Appendix). The catalogues include both classified (state-secret) surveying and mapping results and non-classified results. The classified results include basic-scale topographic maps, digital elevation models (DEM), digital orthophotos, and surveying and mapping benchmarks. The non-classified results include satellite remote-sensing imagery and data from the Geospatial Information Public Service Platform (MapWorld·Beijing). The surveying and mapping results listed in the catalogues are available for public use, subject to the following instructions:
I. The provision and use of classified surveying and mapping results listed in this announcement shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations on the management of classified basic surveying and mapping results.
