To enhance the business environment and streamline the construction plan review system, the Beijing Municipal Association for Construction Plan Review has, under the auspicious of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, developed the “Key Points for Technical Review of Fire Protection Design of Housing Construction Projects in Beijing.” This regulatory document has been meticulously evaluated by experts from the Beijing Municipal Commission  of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Beijing Municipal Fire and Rescue Corps, and will enter into effect from May 1, 2024. All relevant entities shall observe these guidelines.
