Notice on the Issuance of Quality Inspection Report on Surveying and Mapping Results_Notification

Surveying and mapping agencies in Beijing:

The 2022 Project Inspection Report for surveying and mapping agencies is now ready to be issued to relevant agencies. Please carry out follow-up work according to the requirement below:

I. Report claim

1. Online claim

The Quality Inspection Report will be sent online, agencies selected for this year’s inspection are required to send their email address on the WeChat group for quality management between 12 and 20 of January. After receiving the Quality Inspection Report, please send a reply (see Annex 2) to maning@bism.cn.

2. On-site claim

Agencies wishing to claim the Quality Inspection Report in paper shall make an appointment via telephone and then claim it at Room 406, Building B, No. A7, Liangguochang, Yuyuant Soutanh Road, Haidian District. (Contact: Sun Baojun; Telephone: 63959226)

II. Follow-up work

Requirement for the follow-up work is included in the Notice on the 2022 Quality Inspection of Beijing for Surveying and Mapping Agencies, please read below the specific arrangement:

1. Objection handling

In the case of objections to the inspection result, the agency shall submit an objection in writing within 15 working days after receiving the report. A re-inspection will be organized if the Commission deems necessary. If the written objection is not submitted within the abovementioned deadline, it shall be deemed that the agency has accepted the inspection report.

2. Rectification and re-inspection

After the objection period expires, a notice would be issued to request the agency to rectify within a designated deadline. The agency shall be recorded by the GIS Credit Management Platform. Within the rectification period, the agency shall timely report rectification information and apply for a re-inspection.

3. Inspection result announcement

Supervision and inspection results are announced to the market in accordance with the law.
