To whom this may concern:

 In order to better leverage the role of expert in consultation and technical support for decision-making, and given the needs of Beijing in developing prefabricated buildings, Beijing has expanded the Expert Committee for Prefabricated Buildings (the “Committee” hereinafter) in accordance with the Management Measures of the Beijing Fabricated Building Expert Committee (JJF [2017] No. 382). In accordance with the requirements of the Notice on the Collection of Members of the Third Beijing Municipal Fabricated Building Expert Committee, the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee and the Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Committee have identified 306 expert members, including Song Mei of Beijing Affordable Housing Center Co., Ltd. The Committee is composed of ten professional categories: architectural design, structural design, mechanical and electrical design, steel structure, construction, parts and components, decoration, supervision and testing, management and economy, and information technology. The list of the committee members is hereby announced (see Annex), and former experts who are not on the announced list are automatically dismissed. The members of the Committee shall strictly comply with the requirements of the “Management Measures of Beijing Municipal Fabricated Building Expert Committee”, abide by professional ethics and perform their duties conscientiously.
