In order to strictly observe the Covid-19 rules of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the following measures are formulated for the land transaction market against Covid-19.
1. Visitors to the Beijing Municipal Government Service Center for land transaction business should comply with Covid-19 rules of Beijing, wear a N95 mask throughout the entire visit, present the Beijing Health Code and a negative result of PCR taken within 48 hours according to the test time indicated by the Health Code or the report time of the print result. Bidding agencies (including consortium) shall ensure that their employees observe these rules on site, and bear legal responsibility if they provide false information.
2. Each bidding agency shall dispatch no more than two staff for the land transaction business on site (the number of staff allowed for consortium shall not exceed the number of agencies in the consortium). Each agency is allowed to send no more than 2 personnel to the auction hall, with one of them being the legal representative or the authorized representative of the agency. Those barred from entering the auction hall shall keep social distancing while waiting at the public area of the Service Center. The bidding agency must prepare relevant materials in advance and ensure that the bidding personnel can show up on time.
After entering the Service Center, bidders must maintain a social distance of at least 2 meters; they shall refrain from gathering and follow the instruction on site. When submitting materials, they must wear disposable gloves to reduce direct contact. When the on-site bidding ends, follow the instructions to enter the Office Area to claim and sign the Letter of Transaction Confirmation and relevant agreements. Immediate disinfection is advised after completing all the above procedures.
3. To reduce the risk of virus transmission, unrelated personnel are not advised to enter the Service Center, those who enter must maintain a safe social distance, avoid gathering, ensure personal protection, and do not eat meals in the Service Center.
All bidders are advised to drive to the Service Center, observe closed-loop management while handling the transaction and avoid crowding or gathering.
4. To avoid gathering, the Service Center will not publish information on the big screen, and the transaction information will be released on the official website of the Commission.
5. All bidders must pay close attention to their own health and that of their colleagues and keep monitoring health status according to the Covid-19 rules of Beijing, and refrain from traveling to the Service Center once symptoms such as fever, dry cough and running nose appear. In case of any of the symptoms, please contact our staff on site for temporary isolation. An ambulance may be arranged to transfer the personnel showing symptoms to a designated hospital for further diagnosis.
The responsibility in fighting Covid-19 falls on everyone. Please strictly observe the measures stated above and work together to maintain the order and safety of the land transaction market. Should there be any adjustment to the above-mentioned rules, a separate notice would be issued.
