As per the Notice on Qualifications of Construction Engineering Enterprises (JBSH [2022] No. 361) issued by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and considering the management of engineering survey and design qualifications in Beijing, the following Notice is made regarding the renewal of qualification:

The Class B qualification certificates for engineering survey and design enterprises issued by the Commission with a validity period that expires between December 31, 2022 and December 30, 2023 will be extended to December 31, 2023. The validity of the above qualifications will be automatically extended on the National Public Service Platform for Construction Market Supervision, and enterprises do not need to renew their qualification certificates. Class C certificates are not included in this automatic extension.

Class B enterprises missing the information of registered practitioners shall be given a deadline to rectify and are not included in the automatic extension of corporate qualification.

This Notice is hereby issued.
