It is to announce that by virtue of the companies' failure to make a full payment for land transfer in due time, and pursuant to the spirits of the Notice on Enhancing the Land Supply for Real Estate Development and the Supervision on Related Problems made by the Ministry of Land and Resources (Guo Tu Zi Fa [2010] No. 34), the Bureau decided to suspend the following companies' participation in bidding events in land trading market in Beijing, and it shall come into force on the issuance of this announcement.

　　3. Beijing Beiji Relay Liability Co., Ltd.
