　　Recently, the General Offices of Ministry of Land and Resources (MLR) and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) jointly issued the Notice on Organizing the Submission of 2010 Overseas Mineral Resources Risky Prospecting Special Funds Project (Guo Tu Zi Ting Fa [2010] No. 43), which is hereby forwarded to you for obedient implementation. Relevant matters are also notified as follows:

　　I. Application materials should strictly follow the various requirements stipulated in Guidelines for the Submission of 2010 Overseas Mineral Resources Risky Prospecting Special Funds Project.

　　II. All organizations should report and submit application materials in quintuplicate with a disk copy to the Division of Mineral Resources Exploration and Reserves of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources before July 21, 2010.
