　　In order to unify land registration processes and to regulate the land registration act, Beijing State-owned Land Registration Norms was issued and came to effect on August 1, 2011. Beijing State-owned Land Registration Norms is based on PRC Land Administration Law, Urban Real Estate Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and Land Registration Procedures. At the same time, the Notice on Further Regulating the City-owned Land Registration issued on July 20, 2007 stopped execution.
