This announcement is designed to adjust the auction rules and timing arrangements for the right of using construction-purpose state land (accessory construction of public rental housing) in R2 residential land use project in Dongsheng Township of Haidian District, Beijing (primary land development project of Hezifang Factory in Qinghe) (Beijing Land Preparation & Storage & Auction (Haidian) No. {2013} 084):
　　I. The auction for this plot has set the rational ceiling price for the land. When the bidding price reaches the set rational ceiling price, no higher price will be accepted. And the bid winner will be confirmed by referring to the space of public rental housing offered to be built by the bidders giving the same price. The start bidding space of public rental housing is 1,000 square meters. When the traded price of the plot does not reach the rational ceiling price for the plot, only 8,000 square meters of the public rental housing are needed to be built.
　　The compulsory and bidding public rental housing must be completed by the bid winners and will be purchased back by Haidian District Government at RMB 8,000 per square meter.
　　II. The application time of auction will start at 09:00 a.m. on September 25, 2013 and terminate at 15:00 p.m. on November 1, 2013. The auction will start at 09:00 on October 21, 2013 and terminate at 15:00 on November 4, 2013.
