Notice of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources on Amending the Contents of the Relevant Instruments of Land Ownership Dispute Case

    To branches of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources in all districts, counties and the Economic-Technological Development Area,

    According to the provisions of clause 3 under Article 16 of Land Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China, we now decide to amend the Written Decision of Dismissal of Land Ownership Dispute Case (Draft) and Written Decision of Land Ownership Dispute Case (Draft) attached to the Measures for the Investigation and Handling of Disputes over Land Ownership in Beijing issued by our bureau on October 17, 2007.

    The amended Written Decision of Dismissal of Land Ownership Dispute Case (Draft) (Appendix 1) and Written Decision of Land Ownership Dispute Case (Draft) (Appendix 2) will come into force from the date of the issuance of this Notice, and other documents related to Land Ownership dispute case shall still be subject to the Measures for the Investigation and Handling of Disputes over Land Ownership in Beijing.

    It is hereby promulgated as above.
