Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources: Holding a Meeting for the Study and Implementation of “2014 NPC and CPPCC” Spirits

    Special Guidance Meeting

    --Inviting Deputy Director Li Zuojun from the Resources and Environmental Policy Research Institute under the State Council Development and Research Center for Guidance Lecture

    On the morning of March 21, the Bureau invited Deputy Director Li Zuojun from the Resources and Environmental Policy Research Institute under the State Council Development and Research Center for guidance report under the planning and arrangement of the Bureau Leading Party Group and with the assistance and coordination of the Municipal Committee lecturer group, in order to fully study, comprehend and implement the “2014 NPC and CPPCC” spirits. All municipal and Bureau leaders and cadres and workers from all the divisions and offices of Organ and units directly under at the main venues, all cadres and workers from the Bureau branches at the sub-venues, listened to and watched the lecture. Secretary Zhao Penglu of CPC Party Committee of Organs hosted the Meeting.

    Deputy Director Li Zuojun talked mainly the following four aspects closely around the theme of “Identifying the New Situation, and Fixing a New Direction”: 1, the essence of “2014 NPC and CPPCC”; 2, expectation for Chinese economy in 2014; 3, strategic problems of integrative and synergetic development in Beijing –Tianjin-Hebei region; 4, construction problems of new urbanization.

    He interpreted the “NPC and CPPCC” spirits closely around the theme of “Identifying the New Situation, and Fixing a New Direction” with profound theoretical knowledge and broad vision. Through this Lecture, all cadres and workers developed a further understanding of the essence of “2014 NPC and CPPCC” spirits, especially those problems of concern regarding Chinese economy, new urbanization construction, integrative and synergetic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, etc. that are closely related to their duties. All the Party members and cadres expressed that, as government workers, they should consciously combine the study and implementation of “2014 NPC and CPPCC” spirits with the study and implementation of the spirits of serial speeches made by General Secretary Xi Jinping and with their duties, closely connect and base on their practical work, and contribute to the Capital’s land and resources undertakings through practical actions.
