With respect to the status quo commercial and warehouse land of Beijing Imperial Grain & Oil Co., Ltd. at Jingling Village, Changling Town, Changping District (details are descried in the Schedule attached), the assignee fails to pay in full the land price in the agreed period in accordance with the Contract for State-Owned Construction Land Use Right Assignment. For this reason, the Bureau hereby, in accordance with Article 14 of the Interim Regulations of the People's Republic of China Concerning the Assignment and Transfer of the Right to the Use of the State-owned Land in the Urban Areas, Article 16 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Urban Real Estate Administration and Article 30 of Chapter 7 of the Contract for State-Owned Construction Land Use Right Assignment, cancels the grant contract for the said land, and the assignee may be claimed for damages.
