In order to satisfy the development of business of land and resources of our city, in accordance with relevant rules on current status of talent team of land resources system and open recruitment of public institution of Beijing city, now open recruitment of 94 staffs for public institution is conducted towards society and fresh graduates in 2015. Specific circumstances are hereby declared as follows,
1. Basic Requirements for Examination Registration
1) has the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;
2) Above 18 years and under 35 years old (born between Mar. 18, 1979 to Mar. 18, 1997, the calculation of age for specific position as of Mar. 18, 2015);
3) The social working staff shall be limited to the people who have the permanent household of Beijing city and personnel administrative relationship in Beijing (excluding the non-fresh graduates who have the household record retained at school without the origin of Beijing) as of the date of registration. The fresh graduates without the origin of Beijing shall be qualified for Beijing entry;
4) In support of Constitution of the People's Republic of China;
5) Has good behaviors;
6) Has physical conditions to conduct responsibilities normally;
7) Has the education and working ability required by the position to be appointed
8) Has other qualification required by the position to be appointed

3. Recruitment Procedures
1) Registration and Qualification Inspection
1. Date of Registration
Mar. 27, 2015 9:00 am to Apr. 2, 17:00 pm
2. Registration Method
Applicant shall register uniformly through public recruitment website www.gongzhao.net
3. First Review of Qualification
First review of qualification will be conducted for the applicant and the qualification inspection will run through the whole recruitment.
At the end of registration, the result of first review and written examination will be released on the public recruitment website and website of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources. The applicants who pass the first review of qualification shall log on the public recruitment website and website of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources to download and print the admission certificate for examination.
2) Examination Arrangement
The examination is divided into written examination and interview. The total result will be calculated by the proportion of 40% written examination and 60% interview.
1. Written Examination
The written examination will be a closed-book exam and graded with centesimal system. After the written examination, the minimum qualified mark will be determined based on the number of applicant and result of written examination. In principle, the qualified mark shall not be lower than 60.
2. Second Review of Qualification
The candidates for the second review of qualification shall be determined based on the planned offer for each position and the proportion of interview candidates, and the result of written examination from high to low. In case of tied ranking, the rank shall be extended by the score. The candidate for the exam shall take the second review of qualification conducted by recruitment unit with personal admission certificate for exam, ID card, degree certificate or transcript, original and copy of employment recommendation form, copy of household register (for applicant of Beijing origin) and so on relevant materials.
3. Interview
A further notice of time, location and candidates of interview will be given on the public recruitment website and website of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources
3) Physical Examination and Investigation
After the interview, the candidate for physical examination and investigation will be determined by the comprehensive result from high to low. The one qualified for the physical examination will be under complete investigation.
4) Public Notice
The candidate qualified for investigation and physical examination will be the staff to be employed. Public notice will be released on the website of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources for the public notice period of 7 days on the expiration of which, relevant procedures will be transacted for the people without objection.
4. Notice
1) Every one shall be limited to one position. The ID card used in registration must be consistent with the one used in examination. All the positions shall not be adjusted.
2) From the qualification review to the end of recruitment, the candidate shall guarantee the phone number registered open. In case that it is unable to contact the candidate due to the blocked phone, the applicant shall be held accountable.
3) In case that he number of people of qualified applicant is less than that of the planned interview of the position, the position shall be cancelled (the recruiting number for the position is 1), or reduce the number of people of the position accordingly (the recruiting number for the position are several).
4) After the qualification review, in case the number of people who pass the minimum qualified mark for written examination does not reach that of regulated proportion of interview, interview shall be taken with the actual number of people. Provided the interview result of the candidate is higher than the average mark of the candidates who are interviewed by the examiner group and use the same interview questions, the candidate for physical examination and investigation shall be determined by the comprehensive result from high to low; lower than the average mark of the candidates who are interviewed by the examiner group and use the same interview questions, than the recruitment shall be terminated for the position.
