On October 20, the residence land of renovation Project No. 6, 12, and 2 in Beijing was successfully traded. The land area is about 13.22 hectares, construction scale about 203,800 square meters, and a total of 41,000 square meters for public rental housing and 61,800 square meters of apartments for farmers to move back in supporting constructions.

The plot, located between southwest third ring and fourth ring, near Fengtai station of subway Line 10, is convenient in transportation boasting geographical superiority. The project planning covers the land for institution endowment facilities about 6,750 square meters, 2,401 square meters for medical and health care, and 22,000 square meters for education. Successful trading of the project will be conducive to improve regional public service facilities, further better the quality of regional environment, and contribute to accelerate the integration of urban and rural development.

In addition, on the same day, another case of land in Fengtai was traded, that is, 1516 -12-B plot B4 land for comprehensive commercial and financial services industry in Sihezhuang, Huaxiang (Eastern Third Phase, Fengtai Park, Zhongguancun Science Park), with land area of about 2.3 hectares, and the construction size of about 60,400 square meters.
