Upon deliberation at the 4th Party Group (Outreach) Session of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources of China Communist Party held on October 17, 2016,

Comrade Yan Xincheng is appointed as a director-level leader in Leader Group Office of Urban-Rural Conjunction Area of Beijing with one-year probation and removed from the position as the Deputy Director of Beijing Land Rehabilitation & Reservation Center;

Comrade Liu Yufeng is appointed as the Director of Real Estate Registration Center, Xicheng District, Beijing with one-year probation; and Comrade Lv Shifeng is removed from the position as the Director of Real Estate Registration Center, Xicheng District, Beijing;

Comrade Wu Shaorong is appointed as the Director of Real Estate Registration Center, Daxing District, Beijing with one-year probation; and Comarade Shao Guojun is removed from the position as the Director of Real Estate Registration Center, Daxing District, Beijing;

Comrade Zhu Baoquan is appointed as the Director of Real Estate Registration Center, Pinggu District, Beijing with one-year probation; and Comarade Lv Shifeng is removed from the position as the Director of Real Estate Registration Center, Pinggu District, Beijing.
