According to the decision achieved on the 7th (enlarged) meeting of the CPC Beijing Municipal Planning and Land and Resources Management Committee Party Group on December 5, 2016:

Zhao Beiting is removed from his post as Head of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources Chaoyang Branch, Director General of the party group, and otherwise appointed in Mentougou District. Li Yan will be in charge of the work at Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources Chaoyang Branch;

Wu Jiansheng is removed from the post as Director of the Audit Office, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources and starts with the retirement procedures.
