Appoint Xu Dian as Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Land and Resources Survey and Planning Center (with one-year probation);

Appoint Ru Xiangde as Deputy Researcher of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources Fengtai Branch;
