In order to thoroughly implement the strategic plan of fully and strictly administering the Party and continuously strengthen the Party building, on October 25, the meeting of Party committee and Party member of Haidian Branch Office, Beijing Municipal Commission for City Planning and Land Resources Management of the Communist Party of China was successfully held for electing the members of the new Party committee. Su Deqin (a secretary of Working Committee Directly under Haidian District Organ), Bao Hongfang (a deputy secretary of Party Committee of Beijing Municipal Commission for City Planning and Land Resources Management), and members of the leading group of the branch offices and all Party members attended the meeting.

The meeting began with a magnificent national anthem. At the meeting, Comrade Yin Yuhong, the deputy secretary of the party group, was entrusted by the preparatory group of the Party committee to make a Report on Preparatory Work for the establishment of the Party committee. The Election Method of the meeting and the list of proposed scrutineers and tellers were adopted at the meeting by voting. It is required to strictly follow the election principles of "openness, fairness and justice" and follow the relevant procedures of the election methods. Under the supervision of the scrutineers, all the Party members present, by secret ballot, elected a new organ committee composed of nine comrades, including Chen Zhaohui. Comrade Chen Zhaohui, the newly elected committee member, made a statement, and Deputy Secretary Bao Hongfang and Secretary Su Deqin made important speeches respectively. At last, all the Party members sang the Internationale together and successfully concluded the meeting.

Subsequently, the new Party committee held its first plenary meeting, electing Comrade Chen Zhaohui as the secretary of Party Committee, Comrade Yin Yuhong as the executive deputy secretary and Comrade Shan Ying as the deputy secretary, and dividing the work among committee members.

The establishment of the Party committee of the branch office is a sign and also a new starting point. The newly elected members unanimously said that they would play a new role, meet new challenges, adapt to the new situation, be politically competent and have a good style of work, and show their due new actions in the new era. Through this meeting, the Party members of the branch office have further consolidated their hearts and expressed that they will speed up the construction of the core area of the national science and technology innovation center having global influence with a high degree of political responsibility, a solid work style and a good spirit.
