Public Notice on Matters relating to the Change of Assignment Contract by the Adjustment of Underground Rebuilding Conditions for the Project of A2 Cultural Facilities Land, R2 Class II Residential Land and F1 House Mixed Public Land of Plots HD00-04

On December 21, 2017, Beijing Ziguang Kecheng Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ziguang Kecheng") signed an assignment contract (Jing Di Chu [He] Zi (2017) No. 0217) with Beijing Municipal Commission for City Planning and Land Resources Management ( the "Commission") through hanging out a shingle, with the transferred land area of 105,309.909 m2, the planned building area of the transferred land parcel of 201,320 mon the ground (including 143,040 m2 for residence purpose and 58,280 m2 for business and office purposes), and the planned purposes of the land of A2 cultural facilities land, R2 class II residential land and F1 house mixed public land.

 The assignment contract on the project agreed that "the transferee must provide a total of 48,980 m2 of building area for commercial and office buildings on the ground and the corresponding underground building area (the first floor underground) of 19,000 m(excluding parking place) in plots of HD00-0404-6003, 6004 and 6016. The object to be rebuilt is the Village Committee of Liangjiadian Village, People's Government of Xibeiwang Town, Haidian District, Beijing."

Beijing Ziguang Kecheng Technology Development Co., Ltd. applied to the Commission for administrative licensing matters to change the assignment contract. Part building area included in the area of 19,000 m2 of the first floor rebuilt under the ground as agreed in the assignment contract will be adjusted to the second floor under the ground. The Village Committee of Liangjiadian Village in Xibeiwang Town agreed to such adjustment.

In order to maintain the openness, fairness and equity of the land market and maintain regional stability, the Commission hereby makes the aforesaid adjustment public with the publicity period of 10 working days. If the relevant stakeholders have any objection, please submit a written objection to the Commission within 10 working days from the date of the announcement. If the relevant stakeholders fail to raise any objection within the time limit, they shall be deemed as having no objection.
