In order to optimize the business environment and improve the government service level of "Internet+Real Estate Registration", on February 28, 2019, Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources (referred to as the "BMCPNR") will, together with Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (referred to as the “MCHURD”) and the Beijing Municipal Tax Service, the State Taxation Administration (“the Municipal Tax Service”) newly launched the "Unified Handling on One Internet" service in the field of real estate registration, housing transactions and tax collection and management on the basis of the existing “online service platform for real estate registration in Beijing”. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

I. Since 9:00 on February 28, 2019, the purchase and sale business of stock house commissioned to the brokerage institution for trading shall be subject to the Internet declaration of "Unified Handling on One Internet" through the "Beijing Real Estate Registration Online Service Platform" of “Real Estate Registration” column of the BMCPNR portal website and environment optimization business column or the website address of the MCHURD portal website (http://120.52.186.81:8080/eo). Other businesses will be subsequently launched.

II. When the user first declares the "Unified Handling on One Internet" business, it is required to hold the legal person's one card pass and the key disk of "stocking house transaction service platform" to log in, and when it declares the "Unified Handling on One Internet" business once again, it is required to hold the legal person's one card pass to log in. The pre-review results may be available at "My Application" within 3 working days from the next day after the completion of the information.

Enterprises that have held a legal person's one card pass are required to go to any real estate registration hall in Tianjin to handle the activation and then handle the "Unified Handling on One Internet" business of the whole city. Any enterprise that has not obtained a legal person's one card pass can apply for it at Beijing Legal Person One Card Pass Platform (http://yzt.beijing.gov.cn). Any brokerage institution that has not obtained the key disk of "stocking house transaction service platform" can apply for it on the MCHURD portal website (http://zjw.beijing.gov.cn).

III. Since February 28, 2019, the users who passed the pre-review will uniformly log in the “Online Handling Service Platform in the Field of Real Estate Registration in Beijing- My Application” column of “Real Estate Registration” column of the BMCPNR portal website, and then conduct the online booking for on-site verification of "Unified Handling on One Internet" business.

IV. Any issue concerning the use of online handling service platform can call the consultation phone: (010) 55595499. The original consultation phone (010) 64409625 is no longer used. The consultation time is from 9:00 to 11:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30.

V. The online handling service platform in the field of real estate registration in Beijing may have technical problems due to the upgrading of hardware and software, but we will solve them in time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused thereby.
