Announcement of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources on Interview of the Civil Servant Recruited on a Supplementary Basis in 2019

 

    According to the relevant requirements for the supplementary recruitment of civil servants for all levels of authorities in Beijing in 2019, the specific arrangements for the interview of such recruitment by the Commission are hereby notified as follows:

I. Interview Time

    June 14, 2019, 13:30 pm (the limit for candidates admitted to the closed management: 13:00, after 13:00, candidates are not allowed to enter).

  II. Interview Place

    Beijing Urban Construction Archives (No.5, Erqi Theater Road, Xicheng District, Beijing).

  III. Waiting Place

   The third conference room of the Beijing Urban Construction Archives (Room 321).

  IV. Notes

1. The interview starts at 13:30 pm. The time limit for candidates subject to closed management is 13:00; candidates who are invited to the interview shall enter the waiting room before the deadline for closed management. Students who do not enter the waiting room at 13:00 on that day will be deemed to have automatically waived their eligibility for the interview.

2. At the time of interview, the candidate must submit the online printed application form, transcript and original ID card to the examination management personnel for verification. Those who lack the above materials are not allowed to participate in the interview.

3. Candidates are not allowed to bring communication equipment into the examination room, and in case of any, such equipment must be handed over to the work staff for unified management. During the waiting period, candidates should follow the work staff's arrangements, and may not walk around or shout loudly.
