In order to implement the decision-making arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on cutting certification to create convenience and optimizing services, according to the relevant requirements of Circular of the General Office of the State Council on the Clean-up of Certification Items [Guo Ban Fa (2018) No. 47], Ministry of Natural Resources has cancelled 14 certification items, including 2 certification items set by departmental regulations and 12 certification items set by normative documents. At present, the Announcement of the Ministry of Natural Resources on Cancelling a Group of Certification Items (No. 23 of 2019) is forwarded to you, and the relevant departments are requested to follow it in work.
