Advance Notice of Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources on Carrying out 2019 Training Course for Management Staff of Classified Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Results in Beijing

All surveying and mapping geographic information entities and entities using confidential surveying and mapping results in Beijing,

   In order to implement the Surveying and Mapping Law of the People's Republic of China, further strengthen the management of classified surveying and mapping geographic information results, enhance the confidentiality awareness of the management staff of classified surveying and mapping geographic information results, and standardize the use of classified surveying and mapping geographic information results, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources plans to organize a training course for management staff of classified surveying and mapping geographic information results in Beijing in August 2019. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

   I. Training contents

   The contents of this training include the situation faced by the national confidentiality work and the national laws, regulations and policies on confidentiality; policies and regulations on and specific requirements for the confidentiality management of confidential surveying and mapping results, etc.

   II. Training objects

   1. Entities safekeeping and using confidential surveying and mapping results in Beijing;

   2. Staff which are responsible for the management of confidential surveying and mapping results and technical staff which are engaged in the processing, handling and integration of confidential surveying and mapping results in entities qualified for surveying and mapping (Grades B, C and D) in Beijing. Entities that have participated in on-the-job training may send personnel to participate as appropriate.

   III. Training examination

   A unified examination will be organized after the training and the list of those who pass the examination will be published on the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources. Such list will serve as the basis for the application by entities for the basic confidential surveying and mapping results and the basis for surveying and mapping qualification assessment.

   IV. Other matters

   1. Any entity that will participate in the training shall fill in the receipt of the application form (in a Word format) and send it to the designated e-mail address (bjkscgb@163.com) by email prior to August 20, 2019.

   2. After application, the specific training time and place will be notified separately on the notification and announcement column of the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources (http://ghzrzyw.beijing.gov.cn/index.html)and sent to the e-mail address of the contact person of each entity concerned. You may pay attention to the notification information at that time.

   3. No fees will be charged for this training.
