Circular of the Working Conference on Beijing Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Industry and First Conference on Quality Supervision and Spot Check of Beijing Surveying and Mapping Results in 2019

 

Surveying and mapping entities in Beijing:

   In order to further standardize and manage the surveying and mapping geographic information industry of our city and improve the quality and service level of surveying and mapping results, it is hereby scheduled to hold the "working conference on Beijing surveying and mapping geographic information industry and first conference on quality supervision and spot check of Beijing surveying and mapping results in 2019" on July 17, 2019. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

   I. Main contents of conference

   (1) introduce the management responsibilities, relevant laws and regulations and industry development of surveying and mapping geographic information industry of the Commission.

   (2) employ experts to explain the provisions on the quality control of surveying and mapping results of the national surveying and mapping geographic information;

   (3) explain the specific requirements for quality supervision and spot check of surveying and mapping products;

   (4) leaders of Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources makes speeches ;

   (5) extract the entities and projects subject to quality supervision and spot check of 2019 surveying and mapping results on site and sign them for confirmation.

   II. Arrangement of meeting time and place

   (I) meeting time: 9:00 am, Wednesday, July 17, 2019

   (II) place: Hunan Hall, Century Huatian Hotel

   III. Requirements of meeting

   (I) each entity will send one responsible person to attend the meeting, and send the electronic list of participants to the contact email (Appendix 1) before July 9.

   (II) establish a contact system. Each entity shall submit the list of participants and the list of contacts (Appendix 1).

   The Circular is hereby given.
