I. Written test score

II. Time period for qualification review
From July 9, 2019 to July 10, 2019, 9:00-12:00 a.m. and 14:00-17:00 p.m.
III. Scope of qualification review staff
The candidates for the qualification review shall be determined from the highest score to the lowest score of written exam which is above 60 points according to the ratio of the candidates planned to be employed to the candidates to be interviewed for each position.
IV. Materials are required for qualification review
Examinees must hold original ID card, original household register, if the examinees own collective registered permanent residence, they will hold the copy of household register homepage), and the relevant level, qualifications and original qualification certificate required for recruitment of job qualification. Among which, the year 2019's graduates should take the academic transcript, employment recommendation form and student card sealed by the school employment department. If the enroll position requires more than two years of work experience, examinees must provide the relevant materials that can prove the work experience and years, while the college-graduate village official " needs to hold the certificate issued by the village official office.

VI. Professional examination
In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Announcement of Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources on Open Recruitment of the Staff of Public Institutions in the First Half of 2019 and job schedule, the professional examinations are separately added for the audio and video archive management positions 1 and 2 of Beijing Urban Construction Archives. The examinees apply for the two positions and have written test scores of more than 60points, participate in professional examination in accordance with the Notice of the Professional Examination for Staff of Public Institutions Openly Recruited in the First Half of 2019 (Appendix 3)
