In order to promote the building of the high-skilled talent team regarding the surveying and mapping geographic information in the capital of China, and further promote the ability level of service planning and natural resource management in the industry of surveying and mapping geographic information, according to the spirit of the Circular of the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources on Accomplishing the Selection Work through the Sixth Session of the National Vocational Skills Competition in the Industry of Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information (Zi Ran Zi Ban Han (2019) No.827), Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources (hereinafter referred to as the "Commission") has made a decision on organizing the "Employee Technology Association Cup" of vocational skills competition in the industry of surveying and mapping geographic information in Beijing during the period from July 2019 to September 2019. In order to accomplish the organization of this competition, the Commission has formulated for the Work Program on the 2019 "Employee Technology Association Cup" of Vocational Skills Competition in Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information in Beijing Municipality (Appendix 1). All entities should actively participate in this competition and finish various work related to this competition as required in the aforesaid work program, so as to realize the competition goals.
