To further strengthen the professional capabilities of Beijing’s real estate registration workforce and promote learning, training and better performance through competition, the Second Beijing Real Estate Registration Skills Competition was successfully held from July 6 to 7. Zhou Tongwei and Zhou Xufeng attended the event. Heads of relevant departments also participated and served on the judging panel.
Designed around the practical needs of real estate registration in the capital, the competition focused on key areas including policies and regulations, operational practices and service standards. It comprised three parts: a written test, an on-site quiz and a presentation session, providing a comprehensive assessment of participants’ professional expertise and overall capabilities. A total of 18 teams from across the city competed, demonstrating solid professional skills and strong team spirit.
The written test covered the Party’s theories, principles and policies, basic knowledge of natural resources management, policies and regulations on the unified confirmation and registration of natural resources and real estate rights, registration procedures, and service standards at public service counters. It focused in particular on assessing contestants’ political awareness and theoretical knowledge.
The on-site quiz featured compulsory questions, buzzer questions, scenario-based questions and risk questions. The risk-question round was particularly engaging, requiring contestants to make decisive choices based on the situation on the field. It tested not only their professional expertise, but also their composure and strategic judgment.
During the presentation session, contestants shared stories from their work in areas such as property rights protection, convenient public services and work-style improvement. Their confident and polished performances showcased the professionalism and positive spirit of Beijing’s real estate registration workforce.
The competition was closely structured and highly practical, helping participants consolidate their professional knowledge while sharpening their ability to respond to real-world situations. Contestants remained composed, competed with determination and demonstrated not only a high level of professional competence, but also the dedication and professionalism that define Beijing’s real estate registration workforce.
