The Beijing City Geographical and Land Monitoring Data (Public Version) is now available on the "TianDiTu·Beijing" online platform. The initiative aims to enhance the role of Beijing City Geographical and Land Monitoring in the application of geospatial information, open access to dada, and sharing of data. It also ensures secure, efficient, and standardized use of data, maximizing its societal value, better serving urban planning and natural resource management in Beijing, and providing more accessible information to the public.
The newly released public version of the data, building upon the 2022 Beijing City Geographical and Land Monitoring results, adds nine thematic elements, including higher education institutions, hospitals, elderly care facilities, community health service facilities, funeral facilities, and more. These elements are presented in the form of aggregated point maps, heat maps, and scatter plots.
The data is accessible via the "Beijing City Geographical Information Public Service Platform TianDiTu·Beijing" official website at https://beijing.tianditu.gov.cn.
