On August 22, 2023, Pham Quy Xuan, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee of Vietnam, led a delegation of 11 people to the Beijing Planning Exhibition Hall, which was received by Xu Yongmei, Director of Beijing Planning Exhibition Hall, and Hu Daxin, Deputy Director. During the visit, Deputy Director Hu Daxin introduced the bronze map of the Beijing Bay, the Capital City Marching Towards the Great Renaissance of the Chinese Nation - Achievements of the Implementation of the Beijing Urban Overall Plan (2016-2035) (2021 Edition), as well as the model of Beijing’s urban planning to the delegation. After the visit, Pham Quy Xan, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee, wrote on the Visitors’ Book, “Thank you for the warm hospitality, the visit provided very useful information for Hanoi in terms of urban planning and construction and research."
