In the morning of January 24, the Party Group of Chaoyang Branch of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources held a special meeting to convey the spirit of the Mayor Guo Jinlong and the Director Wei Chenglin on further simplifying the land approval procedures. The cadres above section level of the Branch attended the meeting. 
　　At the meeting, the Director Fan Wenzhen stressed that the overall Branch should attach great importance to this work, and seriously organize the cadres and workers of the Branch to study and implement the spirit of the document, seriously sort out the current outstanding questions in approval in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of the Municipal Bureau, and further simplify the land approval procedures to strive to improve work efficiency, on the basis of administration in accordance with the law. Party Member leaders should play a positive exemplary role. The cadres and workers of the Branch should further enhance idea understanding, correct service attitude, and effectively exert the effect as "gate", to provide good services for the capital's sound and fast economy development.
