Xicheng District of Beijing Municipality held its annual two sessions of the People's Congress and People's Political Consultative Conference from Jan. 5 to Jan 9. Lin Yi, director of Xicheng Branch, and Li Lin, deputy director of Xicheng branch, attended the third session of the 12th committee of the People's Political Consultative Conference of Xicheng District, as committee members. Liu Shifeng, deputy director of Xicheng Branch, attended the fourth plenary meeting of the 14th People's Congress of Xicheng District, as a nonvoting delegate.
