Xicheng Branch of Beijng Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources held the 2009 session of Party Building and work summary from Jan. 19 - 20. On behalf of the leading group of Xicheng Branch, Li Yi, director of the branch, summarized the work in 2008, and laid out the major work items of 2009. Su Lanying, chief for discipline inspection of the branch, conveyed the essential kernel of the meeting of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and the meeting about Party Building and anti-corruption of Xicheng District, summarized the work on discipline inspection of 2008, and arranged the key work on the discipline inspection of 2009. Leaders of Xicheng Branch signed the goal-oriented responsibility papers about Party Building, routine work on every post and comprehensive treatment of social security of 2009, with every section and centre of the branch.
　　In 2008, under the leadership of the party commission and government of Xicheng District and Beijng Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, Xicheng Branch worked with the scientific outlook on development, instruct and facilitate all work in light of the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress. With the spirit of all the people of one mind for earthquake-resistance and disaster-relief, centering on serving Olympics and ensuring Olympics, Xicheng Branch actively participated the macro-regulation, strengthened land management, carried out the second national land survey, and constantly improved the function of comprehensive service and guarantee. Through establishing the information system of comprehensive operation and management and the electronic platform of government affair, Xicheng Branch strengthened the informationization, digitalization, specifying and scientific construction about land administration, endeavored to improve the capability of administration and management according to law, and exalted the administration of land and resources to a new step.

Additionally, Xicheng Branch will also continue to strengthen informationization, digitalization and scientific construction about land administration, do their best to improve the service awareness, operation ability, and administering and management ability, improve the working image and work standard, and make new contribution for quickening the economic construction and social advancement of Xicheng District.
