On March 10 and 17, Changping Branch held a meeting of party members in the Branch Bureau and a meeting with cadres and all staffs respectively. Zheng Quanzhi, the Director of the Branch Bureau, conveyed the spirits of the office meeting of the Municipal Bureau, and arranged the work of improving the work style in the Branch and accelerating the nailing down of projects. The arrangements include: firstly, unifying the thought and paying high attention to the significance and urgency of full understanding of promoting Olympic spirits and improving work style. secondly, further intensifying the awareness of the unexpected and duties, knowing about the situation and cultivating consciousness of "Ensuring Growth and Promoting Development ". Thirdly, taking measures to accelerate the examination and approval of key projects: a. restrictions will be lifted for the key projects within the District via ways of "preparation in advance, simultaneous handing, time limit reduction and full-range service" to speed up their completion; b. it will improve the working efficiency, cut down the time of administrative examination, approval and services to half in principle; c. a weekly routine meeting will be built in current executive offices to track the handing status of the projects to address problems in the process and determine the next working content; d. it will form an accounting system for the key projects so that divisional principals can establish accounts to follow up their progress; e. it will set up a supervision and assessment system to carry out selective examination at random each quarter, so as to ensure the implementation of these projects.
