Recently, Haidian Branch prepared four measures to accomplish the yearly tasks according to the 2009 target checklist. Firstly, intensifying scientific organization and management and continuing enhancing the examination and approval for smooth implementation of key projects and economical development in the whole district. Secondly, raising awareness of legal administration and service to keep promoting its level and service quality. Thirdly, regulating supervision inside the party and advancing the construction of party conduct and cultural & ideological progress. Fourthly, establish a model cadre team to cultivate cadres and improve the internal management to fulfill the work. Guided by the spirit of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the CPC, the Branch will earnestly study the scientific concept of development and put it into play, closely center on the land policy by the central government, pragmatically safeguard the legal rights of peasants whose land is expropriated and timely supply the policy-regulated housing. It will promote the construction of key projects and implement the system of balancing the land occupation and supply and effectively utilize the land resources. Meanwhile, it will consolidate the management of planning, reserves and development, land cadastre, law enforcement and review, and supervision after approval. Besides, it will improve the quality of leaders, organizations, teams for an honest and clean government. All these are to boost the social stability and economy in Haidian District and to make contributions to high-class service of social security for 60 anniversary of People's Republic of China.
