Guided by the Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of "Three Represents", Haidian Branch actively drew up the 2009 Haidian Yearbook of Beijing with the characteristics of times and the Branch itself, which applies the scientific outlook on development in line with the spirit of 17th Party Congress and of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the CPC. The Year book accurately describes the status of land and resources management in Haidian District in a timely and comprehensively way, demonstrates its economic and social development, and provides convenience for building the democratic, civilized and harmonious new Haidian and circles of society to understand the land and resources management in the area.
