The Changping rail transit spans the Haidian and Changping districts as the key project of the municipal government, while its land expropriation has been delayed for the boundary of the two districts is still in dispute. To finish the key project smoothly, the Branch timely negotiated with the Changping counterpart, analyzed and discussed the ownership materials in detail, as well as measured the boundary on site. The agreement has been reached through careful research by both sides, that is, they will accord with the ownership agreement signed after the first survey of land use in 1992 in combination of the current situation to address the problem.
