To put the spirit of meeting on directors of Beijing Municipal Bureaus into play, it should implement the policies of stimulating domestic demand, securing the economic growth, maintaining the people's livelihood and keeping social stability. Recently, Haidian Branch realized its full potential to simplify the current administrative approval procedures via the analysis and research, thus considerably improving the working efficiency. Firstly, in view of preliminary examination of land use, simplify the working flow for land used for construction projects and control the leadtime within 5 weekdays. Secondly, from the perspective of examination & approval of land expropriation, strive to reduce time to improve the efficiency within the current leadtime. Also, first prepare the notice of land expropriation for key and preferential projects which has been approved by villagers' representatives meeting and obtained nailing-pile results in handing collective land expropriation and agricultural land used for other purposes. Thirdly, regarding registration, According to the administrative service procedures issued by Municipal Bureau, it requires submitting the housing ownership certificate and certificate of other issues of housing (copies).To promote the efficiency of handling administrative affairs, it is regulated by the meeting on directors that those units to be registered with mortgage can proceed with related procedures with the receipt of mortgage registration issued by the Administration of Real Estate in Haidian District, then hand in the copies of housing ownership certificate and certificate of other issues of housing on file when receiving the housing certificate of other issues, thus saving the leadtime of handing mortgage registration.
