Huairou Branch Actively Advances the Construction of Key Projects

  To implement the policy of "expanding domestic demands, ensuring economic growth, and promoting overall development", Huairou Branch improves its service, quickens the process of examination and approval and promotes the working efficiency, thus making progress in key projects.
  The preliminary examination of 3 land use projects has been approved. Also, the preliminary examination has been finished for such projects as the reconstruction of Huaichang Road (between Jiudu River and Qiaozi Town), construction of the animal disease prevention and control system (including Glass Temple, Changshao Camp and other 7 projects) in Huairou District, as well as road construction in supportive engineering of the relay station at Tanghekou in the area. The adjustment of overall planning of land use for regional road network in Baoshan Town, the reconstruction of Xianfeng Road, and relocation of Pandaogou dangerous Village in Baoshan Town has been prepared, and will be assessed by the experts from the Municipal Bureau and reported to the State Council for approval.
  Land expropriation for five projects including Ancient Capital Cultural Park of the Dream of Red Mansions, Yingren Residential Apartments, No.1 & 2 traverse roads in eastern region and Binhe Road project has been approved by the Municipal Government and will be notified soon.
  Two projects have been settled and transferred: A special storage project in logistics area in Miaocheng Town which covers an area of 11.16m2 has been put into the market in Land Coordination and Reservation Center for transfer with the price of 7,529,700 Yuan. The project of the plant for developing, fixing and printing cinematographic films of China Film Group has an area of 39,300m2 and has been transferred at 45,100,000 Yuan. The land use unit can register the land and get the certificate after paying the tax.
  Two projects have gone into the market for transfer: The reconstruction of Long Shan Hotel project went into the market on March 24, 2009. It covers a land of 93,400m2 in total, of which the construction area is 75,100 m2 and the building scope is 200,400 m2. It's priced 60.05 million Yuan and planned for multi-functional use (commercial use or residence). The land for 26A Huguang Community (the former Xiling Hotel) went into the market on March 20, 2009. It covers a land of 16,000m2, of which the construction area is 15,900 m2 and the planned building is 25,500 m2 in size. It's priced 9,914,800 Yuan and is planned for residence and supportive service facilities.
