Recently, Fengtai Branch actively coordinated the Branches of Planning Commission, Construction Commission, Beijing Water Authority and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Landscape and Forestry in the District to joint discussion to promote the examination and approval of significant projects in green channel in the area.
　　Fengtai Branch conveyed the spirits of related meetings and the requirements on accelerating the examination and approval of the significant projects in the green channel made by the municipal government and the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources. It also introduced the members of the leadership group which will mainly take charge of the task and reviewed the related procedures of examining and approving the significant projects. It pointed out that the principal organs, departments and construction units shall fully take the "Two Initiatives" to fulfill the examination and approval of the projects in the shortest time against the current harsh economic situations of "expanding domestic demand and ensuring economic growth". The "Two Initiatives" cover that the Branch should take the initiate to keep contact with the construction units, and in return, that the construction units shall take the initiate to communicate with and provide the progress of the projects to the Branch, so that the Branch can interface in advance to quicken the process of examination and approval of the significant projects and make contributions to economic development in the District with joint efforts.
