Recently, Li Chang'an, Deputy Chief of Fengtai District headed for each township to push land reserve and development there in company with main leaders from Fengtai Branch of Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources.
　　The Branch reported the significant projects to the Deputy Chief, such as primary land development along the rail transit in each township, combined land reserve and commercial housings within the limits of selling price and land price. Also, it provided some suggestions on the application of land reserve and development according to the actual situations of each township. The leaders of the district dispatched the tasks to solve existing problems at the site, required related departments and the township governments to provide active cooperation to solve them thus to promote the projects. Meanwhile, they pointed out that it is the priority for the government at each level to ensure economic growth, while the land reserve, development and supply is directly related to whether the investment will be in place, which will influence the realization of the targets of "ensuring economic growth, people's livelihood and social stability". Therefore, the township governments at each level and related departments shall pay much attention, strengthen the communication, closely cooperate and overall coordinate to ensure the smooth operation of land reserve and primary land development and promote the regional economic and social development.
