During April 10-11, 2009, the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources held a municipal working meeting of law enforcement supervision of land resources in Huairou district. The meeting mainly involved the working summary of the law enforcement supervision system in 2008 and the announcement of its working arrangement in 2009.The Municipal Bureau highly appraised the achievements of the law enforcement supervision work in 18 districts and counties in 2008 and gave the "Excellence" grade to them all in the annual assessment. The centerpiece in 2009 includes: firstly, enhance the investigation of cases of illegal land use and strive for the breakthrough. Secondly, strengthen the law enforcement supervision of satellite remote sensing inspection, especially the 9th inspection. Thirdly, advance the dynamic inspection. Fourthly, properly handle the letters and visits of petitions. Fifthly, make progress in system and mechanism construction, e.g. the shared liability for law enforcement supervision, joint investigation of cases, fast response mechanism, etc. Leaders with Ministry of Land and Resources and with the Municipal Bureau stressed that the 9th satellite remote sensing inspection should be conducted within the required time while the problems found out in the progress should be corrected accordingly. Be aware of the land use situations, carry out the law enforcement firmly and effectively, and prohibit illegal land use from reoccurring.
