Recently, Haidian Branch imposed administrative sanctions against illegal land use behaviors. However, there were still some concerned parties who failed to comply with the sanctions, apply for cases reviewing, or make appeals to the people's law court in the district. In the light of this situation, Haidian Branch applied for the compulsory implementation of sanctions to the people's court of the district to 13 parties who failed to take the sanctions. Currently, the court has made the administrative decisions for 10 cases and allowed the compulsory enforcement. Written verdicts for 5 cases have been made and delivered to the concerned parties, other 5 failed to reach the related parties for some reasons. Haidian Branch is positively cooperating with the court to deliver the announcement on the verdict to the parties. Next, they will work together to implement the verdicts for the 10 cases of illegal land use.
