To implement the scientific outlook for development, prevent the mines resources exploration from damaging ecologic environment, realize the sound cycle there between and promote the sustained development of society and economy, four solid mines companies in our district, such as Beijing Chinefarge Cement Co., Ltd. and Qian'anling Iron Mine Co., Ltd, shall pay the margin deposit for environment restoration according to the Interim Measures on Environment Restoration of Mines in Beijing from the year 2009. The paid-in criteria will be decided by such factors as minerals, production scale, area which the mining area will influence, and the way by which the mining will be conducted, etc.
