On April 10, Director Wei Chenglin and Deputy Director Zeng Zanrong conducted a survey for the implementation of 100-billion investments in land reserve and development, and industrial land use in Fangshan District. Liu Wei, Secretary of the Party Committee of the district, Qi Hong, Chief of the district, Shi Quanfu, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of the Standing Committee of the party Committee, as well as Wu Huijie, Deputy Chief of the district were all in company for the survey. Director Wei and the company group firstly inspected the Yanfang New Materials Industrial Base, and Doudian Industrial Park. Afterwards, Deputy Director Wu reported the progress made in the land reserve and industrial land use in Fangshan District to the municipal survey group. Director Wei pointed out on a meeting: 1. Fangshan Branch should focus on key projects, such as Yanfang New Materials Industrial Base, and Doudian Industrial Park, accelerate the development and strive for early approval with the background of increasing income, expanding domestic demand and ensuring economic growth.2. The Branch should take the initiative to do the preparatory work for overall planning of land utilization. 3. For historic projects in the industrial parks, the Branch should enhance the management, and complete those projects as soon as possible.  4. Local governments should pay attention to the illegal land use, enhance and insist on the investigation into such cases.
