On April 1, 2009, Wang Jin, Chief of Cultivated Land Protection Section, made a survey on land consolidation in Yanqing Branch. At the meeting, Chief Wang heard the report on the establishment, the acceptance, and the administration of land development and consolidation projects in Yanqing County. Chief Wang highly appraised good administrative practice in the public bidding of projects and regular meeting system in Yanqing County. He also stressed that the Branch should fully exert its advantage, continue to enhance the land development and consolidation, as well as provide some suggestions about existing condition of reserve resources for land development and consolidation. 1. The project administration should reply more on local government apart from the Branch itself and its subdivisions. 2. Flexible policies should be adopted in combination with the drawing of existing condition and the achievements made in the 2nd land survey, to apply the land plot which is easy to be developed with priority. 3. Take the opportunity to enhance the land development and consolidation. Conditionally absorb investments from the society and share the indicators of new-growing cultivated land with the social investors.
　　After the meeting, Chief Wang made an on-site survey and gave instructions for land development and consolidation projects.
